Swedish banks meet the basic requirements of the PSD

The European Commission has prepared a legal framework, the Payment Services Directive, for payments in the internal market. This framework must be in place in all member countries' legislations by 1st November 2009. The implementation of the Swedish law is delayed but the Swedish banks already meet certain basic requirements.
